Allison Lane

Trauma-informed support for people who are ready to stop abandoning themselves.

I work with clients who want more than insight — they want lived change.
Through nervous system safety, somatic work, and self-leadership, I help people move from people-pleasing and over-functioning into grounded, embodied self-trust.

This is work for those who are ready to relate to themselves — and others — differently.

WHAT CHANGES

Clients I work with often experience:

  • Greater nervous system regulation and emotional steadiness
  • A felt sense of internal safety rather than seeking reassurance externally
  • Clearer boundaries that don’t require justification
  • The ability to respond instead of react
  • Increased self-trust in relationships, decisions, and endings
  • Less people-pleasing, less self-abandonment, and more choice

Change happens through embodiment — not effort, pressure, or self-criticism.

HOW I WORK

My work is trauma-informed, body-led, and relational.

I draw on:

  • Nervous system regulation and somatic practices
  • Reparenting and parts-based work
  • Pattern recognition and relational repair
  • Mindset and belief repatterning
  • Present-focused integration

Sessions are collaborative and grounded.
We work with what’s happening now, not just what happened then.

This is not endless processing — it’s supported change.

ABOUT ME

My work is informed by both professional training and lived integration.
I don’t teach theory I haven’t embodied, and I don’t ask clients to go where I haven’t been willing to go myself.

I believe healing happens through safety, honesty, and self-leadership — not striving, fixing, or performing wellness.

WORKING TOGETHER

I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure depth, presence, and integrity in the work.

If this approach resonates, you’re welcome to enquire.
At times, I operate a waiting list, and I’ll always be transparent about availability.

This work is best suited to those who are ready to engage with consistency, responsibility, and care.

You don’t need more insight.
You need a nervous system that feels safe enough to live differently.
